Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuro-Ophthalmology Specialist to join our team at Stony Brook University. As a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of Ophthalmology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, educating residents and medical students, and contributing to scholarly activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superb inpatient and outpatient clinical services in Neuro-Ophthalmology
  • Teach and mentor residents, medical students, and other healthcare professionals
  • Conduct scholarly activity, including basic, clinical, or translational research
Requirements
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Ophthalmology or Neurology
  • Fellowship training in Neuro-Ophthalmology
  • Strong clinical and teaching skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • New York State license
  • Research and teaching experience
  • Additional years of experience in Neuro-Ophthalmology
