You will be responsible for:
- Managing nationwide federal and state court litigation involving the Pennymac family of companies and their officers, directors, and employees.
- Working closely with outside counsel on mortgage-related litigation and settlement strategy, reviewing pleadings and motions, and preparing reporting for senior management.
- Assisting with discovery and preparation for trials, arbitrations, and mediations, as well as reviewing appellate briefs.
