Position Overview:
The Packaging mill in Kingsport, TN is seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of the mill's electrical power distribution system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the effective functioning and upkeep of the mill's power distribution network.
- Act as a liaison between the mill and the electrical power provider to address and resolve issues.
- Identify and spearhead capital projects aimed at enhancing power distribution in compliance with industry standards such as NFPA70E and the National Electrical Code.
- Manage installations, modifications, and upgrades of AC and DC variable speed drives, motors, and programmable logic controllers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Proficiency in modern office software and AutoCAD.

- Strong skills in project management, planning, communication, and problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing or power distribution management.
- 5 years of experience with AC variable speed drives and PLCs.
- Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP.
