If so, you may be the ideal candidate for the Facilities Maintenance Specialist position at our cabin rental resort. In this role, you will oversee and/or execute comprehensive maintenance and routine operations to ensure the property remains functional, enjoyable, and secure. Our perfect candidate thrives both in a collaborative environment and independently.

Compensation:

$22 - $25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and staff
  • Work alongside other personnel to accomplish maintenance tasks
  • Oversee the management of hotel machinery and preventive maintenance protocols
  • Adhere to all engineering safety regulations and standards
  • Address all work orders and resolve maintenance issues promptly
  • Collaborate with your team to maintain the grounds and utilize outside contractors as needed
  • Assist in planning and budgeting for the Maintenance Department annually
  • Develop and uphold preventative maintenance schedules
  • Implement project-based infrastructure enhancements
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • 2-4 years of maintenance experience is preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential
  • Experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and grounds upkeep is necessary
  • Experience with hot tub maintenance is a plus
