Job Title: Accounting Manager

At Aramark, we are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the accurate reporting of sales, cash, banking, and internal/external financials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Daily Sales and Accounts Receivable Teams for all properties assigned.
  • Report to the District Senior Controller.
  • Compile an accurate and complete daily revenue report.
  • Communicate the results to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage and develop the onsite and distance accounting teams for the region.
  • Maintain SOPs of all tasks and consistently look for improvements in processes.
  • Partner with the Operations Teams to ensure accurate and useful internal reporting.
  • Balance daily sales in multiple systems.
  • Enter and balance daily cash and banking.
  • Resolve variances and monitor over/short appropriately.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the bookkeeping or accounting field.
  • High School Degree.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be over 18 with a valid driver's license.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Associative Degree in Business or Accounting.
