Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Availability Management: Ensure timely and accurate product availability reports, clear product for sale, and research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment.
  • Contractual Sales Management: Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support, enter license terms for new deals into company databases, and track product for inclusion in output and ROS deals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Deal Management team, including preparing reports, responding to inquiries, and assisting with ad hoc projects.
Requirements
  • Relevant Experience: 1-2 years of related experience in television or a related media, with a strong understanding of license agreement terms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and software applications, with excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
Compensation

Up to $22.16/hour (W2)
