Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an ideal candidate, you will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our agents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to multiple agents, including data management, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, distribute correspondence, and handle requests and queries efficiently.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, coordinate inspections, appraisals, and mortgage processes, and facilitate the closing process.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, agents, title companies, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and social media experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and technical skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
  • Customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.
  • Real estate license preferred or willingness to obtain one upon hiring (agent will reimburse).
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $50,000-$60,000 per year, based on experience. We offer paid time off (PTO), opportunities for growth and development, and a supportive work environment.
