This is an exciting opportunity to lead our culinary operations, ensuring seamless execution of food preparation and service. As a key member of our kitchen management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and coordinate culinary staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  2. Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes in collaboration with our Executive Chef.
  3. Maintain accurate inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and controlling labor costs.
  4. Schedule and supervise kitchen staff, providing feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  5. Collaborate with our Banquet Chef Tournant to plan and execute successful events.
  6. Participate in regular meetings with our Executive Chef to discuss operational goals and strategies.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in culinary arts, preferably with supervisory experience. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
