Job Title: Urgent Care Specialist
Description: We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Specialist to join our team at the Walk-In Center/Urgent Care. As an urgent care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced walk-in center/urgent care setting. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans and ensure excellent patient outcomes.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics, and current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in family practice residency or Med/Peds residency, with a preference for experience in urgent care settings or emergency rooms. A strong commitment to providing healthcare to families in medically underserved communities is essential.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced walk-in center/urgent care setting
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective treatment plans
- Participate in the development of new methods of health service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to HIPAA policies and procedures

Requirements
