Join Runnings as a Manager-In-Training

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Manager-In-Training (MIT) in Watseka, IL. As a MIT, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of store operations, providing exceptional customer service, and learning the skills necessary to become a successful retail manager.

About the Role

The MIT will assist in the hiring and recruiting of store employees, help resolve problems that affect store service, efficiency, and productivity, and review sales and expenses to monitor store profitability. Additionally, the MIT will conduct safety inspections, ensure the safekeeping of company funds, and excel in customer service to assure long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Three or more years of retail sales experience
  • Some supervisory experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
