Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, focusing on the seamless delivery of our live-streamed educational sessions. This role will involve overseeing team members during program execution, ensuring effective client engagement and classroom management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing student academic outcomes and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and visiting educational programs within the designated region.
  • Leading team members in the effective execution of the program, including classroom management and quality assurance.
  • Providing training to designated classroom support staff.
  • Assessing the performance of classroom support personnel during program operations through our quality assurance framework.
  • Assisting with technology setups at schools where our programs are initiated as necessary.
  • Managing the implementation process on the inaugural day of our programs.
  • Available to provide support both in-person and virtually during school hours.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in program or project management is advantageous.
  • Experience within the public or private education sector is desirable.
  • Exhibits a high level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Engaging and approachable personality.
  • A genuine passion for student success.
