Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Care Specialist to join our team at Delta Companies. As a General Dentistry Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality dental services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide General Dentistry Services: Offer a wide range of dental services, including routine cleanings, fillings, extractions, and other procedures.
  • Conduct Patient Exams: Perform thorough exams to diagnose and treat various dental conditions.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with Dental Assistants: Work closely with dental assistants to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Continuing Education: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest dental techniques and technologies.
Requirements
  • Degree in General Dentistry: Possess a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Hold a valid dental license and any necessary certifications, such as CPR or BLS.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Demonstrate the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
