Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pest Control Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 5-star customer service, conducting inspections, and delivering tailored solutions to eliminate pests.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers on regular maintenance appointments
  • Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations
  • Deliver tailored solutions to eliminate pests, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Interact with customers to explain service features and benefits
  • Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate and organized service records
  • Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle, adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and chemicals, and report to the branch for restocks
  • Utilize technology to manage appointments and maintain customer service records
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess an active driver's license with an MVR that meets insurance requirements
  • Have a commitment to safety in all job areas: driving, service, and training
  • Have a commitment to honest and exceptional customer service
  • Be willing to work Monday - Saturday and some holidays
  • Earn and maintain the state required training and licensing (training will be provided)
