  • Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient testing and reporting
  • Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory procedures meet regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
  • Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT)
  • 1+ year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician in a hospital or clinical laboratory setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
