Job Summary

This role focuses on the recruitment and admission processes for prospective students at Middle Georgia State University.

Key Responsibilities

Territory Management (60%)
Oversee and coordinate recruitment initiatives within designated regions. Attend recruitment events to engage with guidance counselors, parents, and potential students. Utilize data analysis to identify key schools for recruitment efforts.

Customer Experience Management (25%)
Implement a comprehensive approach to guide prospective students through the admission process, employing various communication methods. Conduct informative campus tours and assist in organizing enrollment events.

Administrative Duties (10%)
Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and interactions. Support the management of student information systems and contribute to the creation of promotional materials.

Additional Responsibilities (5%)
Foster community partnerships and collaborate with academic departments to enhance recruitment efforts. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

Other Required Qualifications:
Possession of a valid driver's license for travel purposes. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience:
Experience relevant to the core responsibilities of this position, typically gained through internships or similar roles.
