Job Title: Lead RPA Engineer

Humana is seeking a highly skilled Lead RPA Engineer to join our Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (iRPA) Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions to streamline and automate insurance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions to automate insurance-related processes.
  • Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of RPA developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and RPA governance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate process improvement opportunities and utilize BPM methodologies and workflow orchestration to map, analyze, and enhance business processes.
  • Work closely with business units to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Oversee testing and validation of RPA solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards for accuracy, compliance, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8 or more years of technical experience in RPA development.
  • 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
  • Expertise in RPA tools, programming languages, business process and workflow orchestration platforms, and experience with systems and data integration techniques.
  • Proven track record of applying BPM methodologies to analyze and enhance processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, manage teams, and effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Advanced certifications in RPA and BPM.
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers and services.
