Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at Albertsons. In this critical role, you will oversee the daily maintenance and sanitation activities to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimize downtime. With a background in mechanical repair and 3-5 years of supervisory experience, you will supervise the maintenance and sanitation departments, create work orders, and verify inventory procedures.

Estimated Salary
The annual salary for this position is approximately $73,000-$82,000, based on location, experience, and qualifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and sanitation departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders and inventory procedures.


Requirements
This position requires 3-5 years of supervisory experience, 5-7 years of experience in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment, high school degree or equivalent, strong administrative skills, and excellent leadership abilities. You should be able to manage within a team structure, possess good communication skills, and work effectively with diverse people. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle frequent interruptions.
