Swine Nutrition Specialist

As a Swine Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and growing the swine market in your territory, while maintaining a strong, ethical, and positive image.

• Partner with distribution channels to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.
• Develop and submit sales plans to management, identifying opportunities for tradeshows, associations, and other sales initiatives.
• Follow up on leads from tradeshows within two weeks to ensure timely conversion.
• Stay up-to-date on competitive products and provide valuable insights for product development and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Large Animal Sales Team to establish and grow strong sales relationships.
• Communicate regularly with producers, scheduling visits to operations to provide expert guidance and support.

• Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience required.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or animal health is preferred, but not required.
• Adaptability to change, with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal and organizational skills, with a willingness to travel for tradeshows and trainings.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, with any other tasks required by management.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
