Swine Nutrition Specialist

At Van Beek Natural Science, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of animals and the livelihood of producers. As a Swine Sales Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing and growing the swine market in your territory.

• Partner with distribution channels to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.
• Develop and submit sales plans to management, identifying opportunities for tradeshows, associations, and other sales initiatives.
• Follow up on leads from tradeshows within two weeks to ensure timely conversion.
• Stay up-to-date on competitive products and provide valuable insights for product development and improvement.
• Collaborate with the Large Animal Sales Team to establish and grow strong sales.
• Regularly communicate with producers, scheduling visits to operations to build trust and drive sales.

• Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience required.
• A Bachelor's degree in business or animal health is preferred, but not required.
• Adaptability to change, strong oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to travel during the day, to tradeshows, and for trainings is required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Any other tasks required by Management.

Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
