Key Responsibilities:

+ Offer operational assistance across various functions, including executing established procedures, conducting analyses, and generating reports.

+ Deliver first-line technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels for governmental agencies and financial organizations.

+ Document, oversee, and manage cases until resolution, while assisting in root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions and preventive strategies.

+ Ensure all cases are regularly updated and clients are informed of their status.

+ Collaborate with internal teams and external financial partners.

+ Facilitate end-to-end file transfers through the Treasury Web Application Infrastructure.

+ Provide customer service and prompt resolutions to high-profile and sensitive clients.

+ Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, showing particular regard for the organization's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with relevant laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.

Qualifications:

+ 0-2 years of relevant experience in help desk and/or application support is preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
