We are seeking an experienced nurse to fill the role of Shift Charge Nursing Specialist. As a critical member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities during shifts, ensuring that patient care requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain visibility and communication with staff, other departments, patients, visitors, and physicians.
  • Function as a resource to all nursing staff members and physicians.
  • Round on/makes clinical visits with patients to evaluate care provided.
Requirements
  • Demonstrates strong customer service skills
  • 2 years relevant hospital experience
  • Maintain NIH certification
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
