Job Overview

CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join their team in Silverdale, Washington. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, operating departmental equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and angioplasties
  • Operate departmental equipment, such as fluoroscopy machines and ultrasound devices
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including preparing and cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and other technologists
  • Provide patient care and education, including explaining procedures and results to patients and families
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Cath Lab Technologist
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology or a related field
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
  • Communication skills to work with diverse personnel and patients
