Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Freezer and Cooler Stocker Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our freezers and coolers, ensuring that our products are stored and displayed in a safe and appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of freezers and coolers, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning display cases, and disposing of expired or damaged products.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, including checking expiration dates and verifying product quality.
  • Ensure that shelves are clean and well-stocked, and that products are properly displayed and priced.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
