Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area, including receiving and stocking merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, and removing damaged goods.
  • Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
  • Ensure the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting any unsafe situations to management.
  • Operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, and follow cold chain procedures when stocking merchandise.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
