Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Blue Ridge Community Action. This role will provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, as well as assist with social media and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Board Support: Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement a social media strategy, create engaging content, and interact with followers.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including typing correspondence, reports, and financial information.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration: Preferred.
  • 2+ Years of Experience: In a similar role or related field.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other applicable software.
