Our prestigious legal practice is in search of a highly skilled Senior Family Law Attorney to become a vital part of our energetic team.

This position offers a remarkable opportunity for a motivated and passionate legal professional eager to elevate their career.

The selected candidate will manage a diverse range of intricate family law cases, encompassing divorce, custody disputes, and litigation.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring a minimum of five years of pertinent experience.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Family Law Attorney, your duties will include:

  • Advocating for clients in all facets of family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, marital asset division, and other related issues.
  • Conducting comprehensive and thoughtful client consultations to grasp their distinct needs and objectives.
  • Formulating and executing effective legal strategies to attain favorable results for our clients.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements, divorce filings, and custody arrangements.
  • Overseeing and managing litigation, including preparing for and representing clients at trials, hearings, and mediation sessions.
  • Staying informed about developments in family law and advising clients accordingly.
  • Collaborating with the firm's team of attorneys and support staff to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to the firm's professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in family law, focusing on divorce, custody, and litigation.
  • Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
  • Demonstrated success in representing clients in family law matters.
  • Strong negotiation and litigation abilities.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret complex legal documents and provide sound advice to clients.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • High ethical and professional standards, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
