The Corporate Development Analyst plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth strategy forward. This position is responsible for participating in the mergers and acquisitions process, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive deal execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare comprehensive financial models and proformas to evaluate potential acquisitions and partnerships.
  • Due Diligence: Assist in the collection, coordination, and analysis of due diligence materials, including financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Deal Coordination: Coordinate and upload documents into the Business Development Team Room, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Develop and present regular pipeline updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting key deal metrics and progress.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Corporate Development team, including editing and publishing the LHC pipeline for weekly meetings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in corporate M&A, finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or public accounting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong quantitative and analytical skills, and exposure to integrated financial modeling and valuation.
