About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical BCBA. As a key member of our clinical leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior support plans, supervising their implementation, and providing feedback and training to our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans
  • Supervise the implementation of programs and provide feedback to RBTs
  • Conduct functional assessments and analyses
  • Participate in assessment process and attend parent meetings, staff meetings, and trainings as needed
  • Provide information about programming to parents and attend IEP meetings as needed
  • Offer feedback on staff performance reviews and assist with new RBT training
  • Participate in research and presentation opportunities at local and national conferences

Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field
  • Board certification in behavior analysis (BCBA)
  • Experience with behavior guideline development and programming for children with autism
  • Strong attention to detail for data collection and report writing
  • Positive team player and energetic professional
  • Ability to train others in basic principles of ABA, curriculum, programs, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills along with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good judgment and creative thinking skills
