Job Summary
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide patient care services in various healthcare settings under the direction of a licensed professional. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of work experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting and meet state-specific certification requirements.

Responsibilities
Comply with ATC policies and procedures
Comply with client facility nursing policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality relative to patient care and facility practices in accordance with HIPAA
Communicate information effectively to appropriate personnel
Document patient care as assigned in accordance with facility policies and procedures
Follow the patient's plan of care as assigned
Deliver personal care services to patients as assigned
Take vital signs and document according to facility protocols
Record patient input and output as assigned
Maintain competency by participating in continuing education programs and meets state-specific requirements
