We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist PRN to join our diagnostic imaging team at HCA Florida Blake Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images, ensuring optimal results and patient safety.
- Prepare and position patients for exams, maintaining modesty and ensuring a safe environment.
- Document all pertinent clinical information, obtain informed consent, and complete required fields accurately and on time.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and radiologists to ensure seamless care.
- Check equipment operation, maintain cleanliness, and keep the room stocked with necessary supplies.
- Completion of a 24-month Radiologic Technology program at an AMA-approved school.
- Valid ARRT certification.
- Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, and lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs.
