**Job Description:** Sales and Marketing Professional for Insurance Services
**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $100,000 per year
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Tom Mclaughlin - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
**Responsibilities:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Establish priorities while working independently and efficiently.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Drive new business and sales/customer retention.
**Requirements:
- Strong, verifiable sales skills/experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Ability to develop leads and prospect new clients through marketing activities such as networking and referrals
- Competitive personality & the ability to work well with individuals as well as a professional sales team
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
