Public Services Assistant

You'll spend your day providing administrative support to primarily the Building Division, Planning Division, and Engineering Division. This includes greeting the public, scheduling inspections, routing permits, maintaining records, and attending and supporting the Planning Commission.
What We Need From You
- 18+ years or older at the time of employment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of increasingly responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience
- Ability to perform cashier duties accurately
- Ability to effectively meet and deal with the public appropriately
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization
- Ability to establish successful working relationships
- Ability to be detail oriented
