Role Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Regional Fleet Coordinator to manage and oversee our fleet of snow and ice equipment, along with 300 trucks and construction machinery across multiple states. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the regional fleet program, including the outfitting of new equipment.
  • Coordinate the decommissioning process for equipment slated for disposal.
  • Supervise the de-winterizing and preseason startup of snow and ice equipment.
  • Monitor and review the routine maintenance program to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage the scheduling and utilization of specialty equipment.
  • Process invoices and manage fuel allocations.
  • Coordinate the installation and transfer of dashcam systems.
  • Handle regulatory filings and registrations as necessary.
  • Conduct regular project visits to assess equipment conditions and perform inspections.
  • Assist in managing maintenance systems and recording work activities in-house.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in general computer skills, including MS Excel.
  • Experience in fleet management or inspection is preferred.
  • A valid Driver License and willingness to travel extensively within the designated regions.
