We are looking for a dedicated Medication Preparation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the pharmacist in the preparation and dispensing of medications. Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or inpatient setting and hold a valid Ohio pharmacy license.

Contract Details:

  • 13 Week Travel Contract (with potential for extensions)
  • Compensation: $19.38 per hour / $29.06 for overtime / $1215 stipend, totaling approximately $2000 gross weekly
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week with rotating shifts (5x8)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare medications and healthcare products for patients
  • Accurately measure medication dosages as per prescription
  • Utilize computer software for processing prescriptions
  • Label and document dosage information meticulously
  • Oversee the storage and inventory management of medications and supplies

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in pharmacy or related fields
