HealthOp Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Womens Health OB/GYN Specialist to join our team in Queen Creek, AZ.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $110k - $130k per year, with additional benefits including RVU bonus, medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, sick leave, 401(k), CME reimbursement, license reimbursement, and malpractice coverage.

Job Description

As a key member of our healthcare team, the Womens Health OB/GYN Specialist will provide comprehensive healthcare services to women during all stages of life, focusing on obstetric and gynecologic care. This role involves collaborating with physicians and the healthcare team to conduct diagnostic assessments, develop individualized patient care plans, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and coordinate follow-up care.

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, developing personalized patient care plans.
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage prenatal, postpartum, and general gynecological care.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, coordinating follow-up care as needed.
  • Provide primary and specialty care services, including well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, STI testing and treatment, and referrals when necessary.
  • Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to ensure holistic, patient-centered care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A completion of a Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program in the United States.
  • An Arizona State Nursing License or eligibility to obtain.
