Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Completion Manager to join our team at Baker Hughes Holdings LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of drilling and completion projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement well designs, casing programs, and rig selection strategies to ensure safe and efficient drilling and completion operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures, and drive a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Participate in tender bid preparation and customer presentations to promote our services and solutions.
  • Prepare and review well designs, well plans, and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
  • Define technical services and third-party requirements, and prepare operational time and cost estimates.
  • Monitor daily progress of job(s) or project(s) and monitor operations expenditure.
  • Evaluate the application and implementation of best practices and technological advancements to Integrated Solutions operations.
  • Communicate effectively with well site/project stakeholders as needed and make recommendations to drive flawless service delivery and operational excellence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, with a Master's degree in Petroleum/Oil & Gas or Well Engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in well construction, completions, intervention, and/or optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to form hypotheses and move forward in the absence of complete information.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and simple messages.
  • MS Office suite, Power BI or other analytical tools, well engineering and design software (e.g., hydraulics, torque and drag, basic casing design).
