Job Overview:

Joulé is seeking a highly skilled Senior Biologics Scientist to support our team in various projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the lead scientist for one or more projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Actively participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring, providing input on scientific strategies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective project plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Analyze complex data, drawing insights and recommendations to inform project decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of project activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • PhD in Biologics Engineering or related field, with significant experience in biologics development and manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including [list specific tools and technologies relevant to the job].
