Disassembler Assembler Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Disassembler to join our team at Yates Industries Inc. in Xenia, OH.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring cylinders are properly assembled according to drawings, blueprints, and test instructions on work orders. This includes using hand tools, overhead cranes, pneumatic assembly tools, and torque wrenches to assemble cylinders, as well as testing, tagging, and checking dimensions for accuracy.

• Prior heavy assembly experience is preferred, but not necessary.">
• The ideal candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs and have excellent attention to detail.">

Responsibilities

2. Assemble cylinders according to drawings and specifications.">
3. Test and tag cylinders to ensure they meet quality standards.">
4. Use precision measuring tools to check dimensions for accuracy.">
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area.">
6. Familiarize yourself with small and large hydraulic cylinders and sealing systems.">
7. Perform other duties as assigned by management.">

Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and occasional exposure to toxic or caustic chemicals.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $48,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
