Job Description

As an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing malfunctions in electrical and electronic components, maintaining electrical/electronic elements of assemblies, and preparing requests for turn-ins and repair parts.

You will also ensure that the electrical systems on airplanes and helicopters are properly maintained and repaired.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of electrical theory and system maintenance, troubleshooting procedures, and soldiering skills.

You should also be proficient in mathematics and shop mechanics, have problem-solving abilities, and be able to work with electrics and electronic equipment.
