Compensation:
  • Starting salary of $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, plan, coordinate, and manage all assigned projects within budgetary constraints.
  • Prepare all project documentation and reports accurately and professionally.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise project activities to meet performance standards for both quantity and quality of work, including on-site training and scheduling.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation through ethical business practices with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the community.
  • Develop job schedules prior to project initiation to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Owners, Inspectors, and Subcontractors to fulfill specifications, code requirements, and client needs. Attend necessary site inspection meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Proficient in reading, interpreting, and understanding construction contracts, plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Maintain communication with clients to enhance relationships and company image.
  • Identify new opportunities for customer and product expansion as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of fabrication and installation processes to better meet customer needs and structural capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in business software applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
  • Strong ethical standards aligned with our Core Values.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
