Job Title: Purview Audit Analyst

Kforce Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Purview Audit Analyst to join our team. As a Purview Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and executing internal audits and reports using Microsoft Purview tools to ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit Execution: Conduct comprehensive audits using Microsoft Purview to assess compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and data governance standards.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data sources to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that could indicate potential compliance issues or risks.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks related to data privacy, security, and compliance, and suggest mitigative strategies.
  • Policy Review: Review and assess the effectiveness of current compliance policies and procedures, and recommend updates as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure comprehensive audit coverage and effective resolution of identified issues.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to relevant stakeholders on compliance requirements and the effective use of Microsoft Purview tools.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in data governance, privacy, and compliance to continuously improve audit processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field; Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) are preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk management, with specific experience using Microsoft Purview tools.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Purview, data analysis tools, and audit software; Strong understanding of data governance and regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and audit findings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate audit findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in performing audits and preparing reports.
  • Ethics and Integrity: Strong ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Working Conditions:
  • Remote with occasional travel to company sites as needed.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
