  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Handling requests for mail, messages, and packages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be expected to:

  • Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, adhering to Aimbridge Hospitality's brand standards.
  • Comply with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies, standards, and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions, as well as in-house groups and restricted dates.
  • Process room reservations and follow rate quoting scenarios accurately.
  • Be familiar with all Aimbridge Hospitality policies and house rules, as well as hospitality terminology.
  • Participate in emergency procedures as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including helping colleagues in other areas of the hotel and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a hotel or related field, preferably with a positive and upbeat personality.
  • The ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel operations.
