Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Property Claims Adjuster to join our field claims team at RaiZan Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional claims service to our clients, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience throughout the claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate property claims, determining applicable policy coverage and negotiating settlements.
  • Conduct physical and/or virtual inspections of damaged property, evaluating damages and preparing written estimates according to policy provisions and liability.
  • Initiate contact with insureds, claimants, and relevant parties to gather information, obtain recorded statements, and explain the claims process.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a full-time claims adjuster for a carrier (insurance company).
  • Strong technical skills, including Xactimate, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment, with occasional remote work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multilingual skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, Xactimate, and other claims estimating software.
  • Competent knowledge of residential and commercial construction techniques.
