Job Title: Maintenance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems. You will work under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and mentor lower-level technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including mechanical and electrical systems
  • Train and mentor lower-level technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our facility
  • Work independently with minimal supervision to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment issues

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
