Nighttime Pastry Specialist

About the Role:

As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of fresh breads and pastries during the overnight hours. Your role is essential in ensuring that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and freshness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a selection of breads and pastries overnight.
  • Maintain the quality and presentation of all baked items according to company standards.
  • Embody the values and culture of our organization in your daily tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with additional tasks such as stocking, preparation, and sanitation as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a baking role is preferred, but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts, typically from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
