Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Attendant to join our team at UPHoldings LLC. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all employees, visitors, and residents. The successful candidate will perform light clerical and janitorial tasks, as well as security duties such as signing in and out visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and visitors, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our building.
• Monitor entrance and departure of visitors, ensuring they sign the in and out log accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate records of all visitors and deliveries, including date, time, and destination.
• Write reports of daily activities and any irregularities that may occur.
• Prevent damage to buildings and tenant property by reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities promptly.
• Monitor and operate security systems, including security cameras and alarms, to ensure the safety and security of everyone in the building.
• Assist with emergency evacuation procedures, ensuring the well-being of all individuals involved.
• Complete detailed incident reports for all security incidents, providing valuable insights for management personnel.
• Perform various administrative tasks during downtime, such as sorting, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and file administration.
• Assist with basic custodial duties as needed, including trash removal, dusting, and light cleaning.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Positive attitude, good judgment, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
• Observant and vigilant, with a strong commitment to ensuring safety and security in the workplace.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations, while maintaining a firm yet respectful demeanor.
• Self-starter with a high degree of independent initiative, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required, with 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Familiarity with property management industry is a plus.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to travel as needed between work locations.
