Security Guardian

We are seeking a highly skilled and vigilant individual to join our team as a Public Safety Officer at Blue Line Security Solutions in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our client's premises, personnel, and assets.

This is a full-time and part-time available position that offers a competitive salary of $20.00 an hour. The ideal candidate will have strong observational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capability to handle potentially stressful situations with professionalism and composure.

• Patrol assigned areas regularly to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and respond to any suspicious behavior or security breaches.
• Conduct thorough inspections of the premises to ensure all doors, windows, and access points are secure.
• Respond promptly to requests for assistance or emergencies, such as medical incidents, disturbances, or accidents.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports detailing security incidents, disturbances, and any other noteworthy activities that occur during shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and clients with inquiries, directions, and other needs.
• Collaborate effectively with local law enforcement agencies and emergency responders when necessary.
• Follow company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, to uphold security standards and ensure compliance.

• Proven experience as a security officer or guard.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Familiarity with report writing.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
