Job Overview

Tire Discounters is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant Manager to join our team. As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales for your store location, while achieving superior levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend products and services accordingly.
  • Drive sales growth for store location, including making customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate each customer ticket through to completion, fully and accurately following company policy and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every customer.
  • Take accountability for the presentation of the property including inside and outside the store.
  • Promote company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
  • Assist in the shop as necessary.
Requirements
  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Great organization and multi-tasking capabilities.
  • Strong work ethic, drive and goal orientation.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work on Saturdays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting and able to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age.
