Intensive Care Nurse Specialist

At Care New England Health System, we are seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse to join our team. This is a part-time position that requires working 7pm - 7:30am shifts.
Job Summary:The primary function of this role is to provide professional nursing services for a defined group of patients in the ICU. The successful candidate will be responsible for rendering care that is consistent with the hospital's philosophy of patient care.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- I.V. certification
- Ability to recognize all significant cardiac arrhythmia
- Clear understanding of symptoms and clinical findings for myocardial infarction and its complications
- Understanding of the needs of the critically-ill medical and surgical patient
- Thorough knowledge of the psychological as well as the medical needs of the patient
- Competence in the operation of all resuscitation equipment
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Knowledge of hemodynamic monitoring and basic Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumping
We offer a competitive salary of up to $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000.
