Job Title: Nurse Specialist - Stroke Care
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Specialist to join our stroke care team at Kent Hospital. As a critical member of our medical surgical unit, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients suffering from strokes and other neurological conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized nursing services to patients on the medical surgical unit
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent required
- Rhode Island State licensure required
- Minimum 6 months job-related experience or equivalent preferred
Compensation and Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: $65-85K per year
- Up to $25K sign-on bonus for qualified candidates
